Bid-Offer Prices (BOD)

What BM Units asked to be paid to move, from the archived Elexon IRIS feed. Every bid-offer pair carries both a bid and an offer price, so which to read is a choice rather than something the pair number decides. Each pair is drawn as its own line: a ladder exists because its rungs are priced differently, and averaging across them would describe nothing anyone submitted.
