Physical Notifications (PN)

What BM Units told the system operator they expected to be doing, from the archived Elexon IRIS feed. A notification is a ramp, not a number — so the profile is drawn as submitted, and the half-hourly reading is the volume under that curve rather than a sample of it. Units restate repeatedly as a period approaches; only what was in force is counted.
